Shane Hindocha

Founder & CEO

Shane Hindocha has personally agreed and signed off over £500m of properties. In addition he has sourced over 1,500 units for investors and has worked closely with most of the UK’s national house builders as well as banks and smaller private vendors.

Shane studied in London, qualified with a LLB honours degree in Law and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with Distinction. He gained invaluable experience in a solicitor’s firm before turning his hand to property investment.

He has since built a multi-million pound property portfolio, started and scaled various businesses, including a marketing agency, a cryptocurrecny company & an academy and has completed a number of his own property developments.

In his spare time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, plays football weekly and is a keen table-tennis player.

Gavin Hughes

CeMAP Mortgage Consultant - UK

An established and very experienced mortgage consultant, Gavin can offer buy-to-let property investors a comprehensive service with access to a wide range of financing options from across the whole mortgage market. He is an expert at finding loans to meet customers’ specific needs and has worked with Kingsriver and its' sister companies over many years.

Gavin and his team actively review the market for the best deals on a daily basis, taking time to understand the deals on offer and how they will work with a range of customer requirements.

From initial contact through to completion he and his team take great care to help customers through the whole mortgage process – seeking to ensure all goes smoothly with a property purchase.

Gavin is also able to offer advice on portfolio consolidation, remortgages, refinancing and releasing equity.

Ryan MacGillivray

Director of International Distribution

Ryan heads up the international distribution team for Kingsriver. He is based out of the office in Dubai, UAE. His speciality is working with distributors such as IFA, agents & solicitors to deliver off-market UK property investments for their clientys.

As a former Engineer on global projects and events, Ryan had visited and worked in over 23 countries across 4 continents before the age of 24.

Ryan left Engineering after 8 years and went into UK residential property investment & development full-time, with the goal to acquire and build his own property portfolio. He is still a keen property investor today.

Ryan has a well-rounded experience in property investment with private clients, having worked on different types of transactions such as Commercial, Land, Distressed and New Build.

Ellen McGregor

Head of Business Development

Having been a police office previously for almost 4 years, Ellen changed industries and thrived as a business development manager.

She now has a key role for all new distribution accounts in Kingsriver in the Middle East, Asia & South Africa.

Ellen is also responsible for partner relations and has helped develop a number of trusted international IFAs & solicitors on our panel that we often refer our clients to.

Stuart McCulloch

Partner IFA - Dubai

With 27 years experience, Stuart is a highly regarded financial services professional with a long heritage of work both in the UK and the Middle East.

Stuart previously held roles as Head of Operations at the Bank of Singapore in Dubai, and Head of Operations, Middle East at Coutts. Before moving to Dubai, Stuart worked for Standard Life, Halifax Financial Services and Prudential in the UK, gaining significant knowledge and experience in financial products and services to advise clients on their tax, wealth and estate planning.

Stuart is now the Market Head of The Fry Group for the Middle East and leads their expansion in Dubai and the Middle East and helps our clients with financial services.

Simon Parfitt

Partner IFA - Hong Kong

Simon has been in financial services for over 10 years, having started his career in Amsterdam before moving to Hong Kong in 2012.

Previously, Simon was the C.E of an international financial planning firm based in Hong Kong.

He is an advocate of “Life Centred Financial Planning” and believes in helping clients to get a better Return on Life! He is also a regular contributor and panellist on Financial Planning matters in Hong Kong.

In his spare time, he enjoys visiting all of Hong Kong’s new restaurants and plays social rugby to offset all the eating.

Stuart, now at Pyrmont Wealth Management, helps our Hong Kong clients with wealth management services.
